Hypnosis-Workshops

If you are on any mind altering drug such as alcohol… marijuana… or other opiates, or are taking medication for Epileptic… schizophrenic and long terms benzodiazepine (i.e. anti-depressants) or suffer from such illnesses, you must check with your health professional that this deep relaxation that causes your brain waves to slow down is not detrimental in any way in conjunction with the drugs that you are taking.

CD Warning!

Do not drive any vehicle or use any machinery while playing hypnosis CD’s and for at least a half hour after use and that you are sure that you are feeling wide awake and very aware of everything going on around you.

Like affirmations, some people need a longer time to achieve the desired result than others.  So please keep persevering.  For people with a background of anxiety and/or trauma, they should see their Health Professional and/or a Hypnosis Trauma Specialist in conjunction with the CDs.

As a rule of thumb; The success of CD therapy depends on the use of the CD being played for the number of times it takes to achieve the desired result… Plus… however long it took you to achieve the result in the first place… for example if it took 6 sessions, play it at least 6 times more… if it took 15 sessions… then play it 15 times more… and so on.  Use the CD again and again whenever you just feel like relaxing… to revitalize yourself… or to just to enjoy  the feelings it gives you.
