Transactional Analysis shows us what we and others say, what ‘Ego State’ we come from when saying it in that way.
Its on the premise that we all have an Adult, Parent & Child within us with both positive and negative traits in each.
After learning the basic ‘Ego States’ you will do some exercises to guess which ‘Ego State’ is communicating and from what ‘Ego State’ the response comes from.
Another exercise will have you working out your own ‘Ego States’ and how to change that part of you that you want to change.
